In this picture the thing that we had to work with was ISO. By using ISO we can choose the amount of light that we let in. When everything is dark and you want to get a picture that looks really cool without flash. You should use the ISO. The higher the ISO the more light that you will have in your photo. But if there is a lot of light in the area, you should pick an smaller one. That way the picture will not be to bright. So it all actually depends on the amount of light that you have.
